Ghonche Materego interviewed in ‘Arts Leaders Talk’ video series

Mr Ghonche Materego, Executive Secretary of Basata: National Arts Council of Tanzania, talks about bringing cultural policy to the artist community; the arts council’s role in youth employment; and his experience of a Tanzanian and Swedish co-production.

What’s the biggest opportunity for your organisation in the near future? What’s the value of IFACCA to you and your organisation? What inspires you to work in the arts? and finally, What is a memorable art work that you have seen recently?
