Special Members' Events Programme at the World Summit

During the World Summit on Arts and Culture, the IFACCA Secretariat will host a series of free events that are exclusive to our National and Affiliate Members, including: 

  • Members’ Welcome Lunch
  • General Assembly
  • Regional Chapter meetings.

 

We warmly welcome members to join us for these events, as they are a great opportunity to meet international peers and engage with the IFACCA community in person (see below for more details). Registration for members' events is separate to official delegate registration for the World Summit on Arts and Culture. PROGRAMME OF MEMBER EVENTS

MONDAY 17 OCTOBER


All day


CEO Leadership Seminar (day one)

 

This seminar is for Chief Executives and leaders of our National Member agencies. It will be followed by an evening reception. A separate invitation to this seminar has been sent directly to CEOs.

 

TUESDAY 18 OCTOBER


12.00–1.00pm

 


Advance Summit registration for members
Members can collect their World Summit delegate packs before the Members' Lunch.

1.00–2.30pm

Members’ Lunch

 

This lunch is a unique opportunity to meet your fellow IFACCA members before the Summit officially opens. One representative per member agency may attend.

 

3.00–4.30pm

General Assembly

 

The General Assembly offers members the chance to discuss IFACCA business and elect new Board Members.

National Members are eligible to vote at this meeting. Only one representative from each member agency may vote, however, there is no limit to the number of representatives that can attend from your agency. Please indicate when you register if you will be designated voting rights for your agency.


Affiliate Members are welcome to participate in assembly discussions, but are not eligible to vote. There is no limit to the number of representatives that can attend from your agency.

 

FRIDAY 21 OCTOBER


3.00–4.30pm


Regional Chapter Meetings

 

These meetings are an opportunity to gather with other members from your geographical region, to share knowledge and build intraregional networks. There is no limit to the number of representatives that can attend from each agency. Your registration
will automatically default to your region.
 

SATURDAY 22 OCTOBER
