We are partnering with the Committee on Culture of United Cities and Local Governments (UCLG) to explore the relationship between national and local governments in relation to cultural policy. This new survey looks at the various mechanisms, policies and forms of collaboration that exist between different tiers of government worldwide. So, if you’re from a national or local government agency, we want to hear from you! The results of the survey will be published in D’Art 51 this October and presented at the 7th World Summit on Arts and Culture.
