The Access to Culture Platform was launched by the DG Education and Culture of the European Commission in June 2008. The Board of the Platform met in Brussels on 20 January for its second meeting, to discuss ongoing work of its three working groups - Learning and access to culture, Participation and audience and Creativity and creation.
