The UK Museums Association has published results and recommendations from its recent research on wellbeing among the museum workforce in the United Kingdom. The research results and recommendations are now available online.
£43.5 million investment is being made in Levelling up, as Arts Council England backs art, culture, and creativity for more people in more places, across the country. In total, 990 organisations will receive a share of £446 million (each year) ensuring that more people in more places can find fantastic, fulfilling art and culture on their doorsteps.

The Chevening Clore Leadership Fellowship is a tailored programme of leadership development for mid-career professionals in the arts and culture sector, which aims to enrich and transform cultural practice and engagement by developing leadership potential, acumen and skills. Applications for the 2023/2024 fellowship are open until 1 November 2022, and the fellowship runs from September 2023 – March 2024.
The Cultural Protection Fund (CPF) is led by the British Council in partnership with the UK Government Department for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), and aims to help create sustainable opportunities for social and economic development through building capacity to foster, safeguard and promote cultural heritage. The CPF awards small grants funding under £100,000 to projects which keep cultural heritage sites and objects safe, as well as supporting the recording, conservation and restoration of cultural heritage.
