The European Commissionhas launched a public consultation on the Directive 2010/13 / EU services audiovisual media (AVMS) to check which parts of the directive are fit for purpose in the program on an appropriate regulation and functional (Refit) and collect evidence and views on the future policy regarding media services as an impact assessment.
