The Arts Council of Ireland is currently re-structuring its staff. Under the new structure, the change agenda will be realised through three seperate departments, each headed by a Director.
In the Development Department, staff will work on policy development and special projects initiated by the Arts Council, in six priority areas:
artists’ career development
participation in the arts and arts education
arts leadership and organisation development
arts audience development
the international dimension of the arts in local communities.
