At IFACCA's 2nd World Summit on the Arts and Culture, 23 November 2003 to 26 November 2003, co-hosted by the National Arts Council, Singapore, there was a workshop on The Arts, New Technologies & Innovation.

The Workshop chair was Ernest Edmonds, Professor, Computation & Creative Media, University of Technology, Sydney, rapporteur was Gunalan Nadarajan, Dean of Research, LaSalle-SIA College of the Arts, SIngapore, and presentaters were also provided by Tapio Mäkelä and Bronac Ferran.
