Thirteen short films are set to receive 121,000 euros from the Spanish Institute of the Cinematography and Audiovisual Arts (ICAA). The Institute, supported by the Ministry for Culture, has granted 13 prize-winners support finances to complete new short film projects that reflect and explore Spanish culture in a variety of forms.
