Arts Council England is seeking a Director of Music to join the newly formed Arts Strategy leadership team at a critical time, when we are shaping a new direction for the Arts Council through our corporate planning process.
We need somebody dynamic and experienced to help us navigate the changes in the music sector, in demography, in audience expectation, in technology, in rights management, as well as the rights of performers, ambitions of orchestras and the diversification of practise. We are keen to hear what your vision would be for Arts Council England’s role in supporting promoters and entrepreneurs working in new areas of music, as well as how to foster greater participation and engagement.

Starting salary: £50,320 per annum (inclusive of London Weighting) + package of benefits
