Working with the Director of Planning and Communication, you will work across the organisation to co–ordinate, develop and implement the Scottish Arts Council’s strategic plans for International within the context of the transition to Creative Scotland and our partnerships with other key agencies including the Scottish Government and the British Council. The role of arts and culture in the international profile of Scotland is at a crucial stage of development and you will play a pivotal role in defining what needs to be developed for the future as the arts council and its new joint board plan for Creative Scotland.
You should have detailed knowledge and experience of international working ideally from both the arts development and the marketing & information perspective together with specific knowledge and experience in one or more of the following: international marketing, international partnerships, international arts development. Good inter-personal skills and a track record of successfully building and sustaining relationships and working in partnership with a wide range of people and organisations are essential.
Two year fixed term appointment. Secondments will also be considered
Salary £25500 - £33835
