HE Dr. Hamad Bin Abdulaziz Al Kuwari, Minister of Culture, Arts and Heritage in Qatar appointed Dr Saad Thamer Al-Humaidi as General Manager for the Minister's Office. It should be noted that Dr Saad Thamer Al-Humaidi has held many positions of responsibility, the latest as an educational expert and part of  a group of ministerial experts for the National Council for Culture , Arts and Heritage. He has formed part of a delegation led by the State of Qatar in many festivals and cultural missions abroad, a ministry official that has formed many cultural relations between Qatar and the nations of the world, and a member of the Standing Committee of the Arab culture who has also attended many world conferences organized by international bodies such as UNESCO.
