A Fire in Azerbaijan State Theater for Young Spectators was extinguished. Firefighters of the Ministry of Emergency State took immediate measures to extinguish fire and established crisis center on the site, APA correspondent reports.
Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Etibar Mirzayev and Minister of Culture and Tourism Abulfaz Garayev also visited the site.
Garayev said there were no injuries during the incident. He said short circuit in the store, where requisites dripping from the rains were kept, supposed to cause the fire.
Chief of the United Offices of Constructed Facilities of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Zakir Sultanov told APA that fire blazed up in 5th story of the building in the room of old things. He said difficult entrance to this room prevented to extinguish fire immediately. “No one was injured during the incident”
The fire started at about 13.30 was extinguished at 15.30.
