An art performance was held at Can Tho University in the Mekong Delta city of Can Tho on Feb. 21 to introduce the first nation-wide online music festival for pupils and students.

This is a music competition which will be co-organised by the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee, the Vietnam Students’ Association, the Ministry of Education and Training and the FPT group under the sponsorship of the Mobifone company.

The festival aims to promote the application of information technology among young people via the Youth Union Central Committee’s official website so that they can exchange views, share experience and help each other in their studies and work.

So far, more than 1,000 pupils and students in Can Tho have registered to take part in the event.
