Delegates from Paraguay, Argentina, Venezuela, Brazil, Bolivia, Ecuador, Uruguay and Colombia met in late April in Bogotá, in the context of the Eighth Mid-term Meeting of Mercosur Cultural’s Regional Committee, which aimed to strengthen and promote cultural cooperation and exchange between institutions in these countries.
One of the central matters discussed was the consolidation of mechanisms that will enable the implementation of the ‘Mercosur Label’, which should enable the free circulation of cultural goods and services among member countries.
