On 28 and 29 September, IFACCA’s European members met in Madrid, immediately following the IFACCA board meeting. This was the fifth meeting of IFACCA’s European members, who have shown a keen interest in developing a collective voice on issues such as artists’ mobility, intercultural dialogue, and cultural access. The meeting focussed on government support for international arts activity as participants considered IFACCA's Discussion Paper on this topic.
