ConnectCP now networking 1,000 experts

IFACCA,
19 January 2012, Spain

ConnectCP.org, now widely recognized as the most useful professional networking service in the cultural policy sector, has reached another landmark with more than 1,000 professionals now sharing their expertise.

More than 125 countries are represented in the searchable database that outlines experts’ experience, current interests, and other information relevant to their work in cultural policy.

ConnectCP, an initiative of IFACCA,  aims to stimulate the interaction between cultural policy experts, mobilize human resources in cultural policy, and facilitate the flow of cultural policy information around the globe.

ConnectCP Iberoamericano [www.connectcp.org/iberoamericano], ConnectCP Canada [www.connectcp.org/Canada] and the more recently launched ConnectCP Africa [www.connectcp.or/Africa] are all generated from the ConnectCP server and together with partner organizations provide a more focused gateway to specific geographical areas.

Organisations interested in discussing similar collaborations with ConnectCP are invited to contact the ConnectCP co-ordinator, Diane Dodd, [email protected].
