The Ministry of Culture, thanks to the support and participation of Petróleos del Perú – Petroperú S.A. (Peruvian National Oil Company), opened the National Prize for Culture 2012 call for proposals. The Prize acknowledges the presence and importance of cultural and artistic activities in Peruvian society, by giving institutional support to artists and cultural agents that deserve it.
Artists, creators, researchers and arts and culture preservers from all art forms and cultural expressions can participate, as well as institutions, organisations and companies that dwell on the fields of arts and culture administration and promotion.
