The Report was supported by head officers, staff members and employees of the Culture Secretary.

In view of the recent events, head officers, staff members and employees of the National Culture Secretary backed with their signatures the Progress Report (August 2008 – June 2012) presented by the Minister and Executive Secretary Ticio Escobar.

The report was presented and the meeting room of the central headquarters of the National Culture Secretary during morning hours. The main concern expressed was for the continuity of the ongoing process intended to build the institutional support required to foster public policies that aim at guaranteeing civil society’s cultural rights in Paraguay.

It was declared that the continuity of programs, projects and guidelines set during the administration of the outgoing minister, must be an obligatory public investment for the Paraguayan people.

The note was signed by head officers, staff members and employees of the National Culture Secretary and sealed as file Nº 798.
