The Secretary of Culture, through its Minister Graciela Bartolozzi, appointed the first cultural manager of First Peoples.
The selected person is Ishir Claudelino Balbuena, who was quite emotional when he received the news from the minister, during a workshop for reading facilitators conducted by the Secretary of Culture.
Claudelino Balbuena (Basybuky) is a renowned artist, son of Ogwa, with experience in the area of cultural management. His addition to the staff of the Secreatary is a contribution to cultural rights and the promotion of decentralization of cultural management.
