The State Secretariat of Arts and Culture (SSAC) and UNESCO, in partnership with the NGO Many Hands International (MHI) and local communities groups and ICH practitioners, collaborated to hold a workshop on the Community-based Inventory of Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH) from the 03-04 December 2014, in the Lautm District, Timor-Leste.
