The Gwangju Cultural Foundation is founded under the supervision of Gwangju Metropolitan City, South Korea. The Gwangju Cultural Foundation has a range of responsibilities including art and culture grant programmes, art and culture training and education programmes, international festival supervision, performances and exhibitions, management of art and culture venues, and cultural exchange programmes.
