The Minister of Culture and Heritage Preservation has supervised the submission of a draft new law related to recognising the legal and social status of the artist. The bill falls within the development a legal framework for artistic and cultural professions in order to ensure freedom of creativity, the value of art works, and that cultural rights are enshrined in the Constitution.
