Arts affect a community’s conscience: Minister

Sheikh Nahyan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture and Knowledge Development received Gulf artists in his palace yesterday in recognition of their role and status. 

They are participating in the third session of the Gulf Film Festival, organised by the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development.
