We are very pleased to welcome the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, Kosovo as a new Affiliate Member of the Federation. The mission of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS) includes:
- the creation and development of policies, environment and appropriate mechanisms for the promotion of culture activities
- promotion, preservation and protection of cultural heritage
- empowerment and participation of youth in governance and creativity
- development and affirmation of Kosovo sports in the country and in the international arena
- the promotion and protection of copyright and related rights.
The Ministry's mandate also includes promoting and facilitating communication between individuals and organisations through various activities and international cooperation in the field of culture, heritage, youth and sport.
