The government school compound in Malifa will be the home of a multi-functional park with a Cultural and Art Center that will serve as a library, opera house, artistic exhibition hall and recreational zone. The old central office for the Ministry of Education, Sports and Culture has been demolished to make way for the multi-million tala gift from the Huizhou Municipal Government, Guandong Province in the People’s Republic.
