The new rules for application for the cultural programme during the Bulgarian EU presidency are liberalised, Culture Minister Boil Banov told the Bulgarian National Radio.
The new rules give an opportunity to all Bulgarian citizens to show their ideas. The initial rules were more restrictive and in accordance with European programmes, but the authorities realised that self-financing is not yet established in the country and the model was completely liberalised.
