The Australia Council for the Arts has launched a new opportunity to support arts professionals from eligible Asia Pacific countries to join two leadership programs in Australia.

  • Do you know any arts workers in China, India, Philippines, Indonesia, Samoa or Papua New Guinea who should apply for the Australia Council International Leadership Program?
  • Are you based in these eligible countries and ready to take up this opportunity?

The Arts Leaders Program is for mid-career and established arts professionals. The activities run over a 12 month period and include three trips to Australia to attend five-day residential workshops.

The Future Leaders Program is for arts professionals who are in the first 10 years of their career. The activities run over a six month period and include two trips to Australia to attend five-day residential workshops and an optional secondment.

These leadership programs will help you develop your leadership skills and professional networks. You will meet influential Australian arts leaders and explore local and global challenges in the arts.
