In April, Hanasaari's Swedish-Finnish Cultural Center and the Ministry of Education and Culture organized a seminar on the New Guidelines for Cultural Policy in Sweden and Finland. The day offered a cooperation forum for the Finnish art and culture field, reflecting possible interrelations between the two countries, based on a survey carried out in Sweden, and discussions on the outlines of Finnish art and artist policy.
