Belarus' Culture Ministry and the Ministry of Culture and Heritage of Ecuador signed an agreement on cooperation in culture, BelTA informs.
The document was signed following the talks between Belarus' Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei and his Ecuadorian counterpart Maria Fernanda Espinosa Garces. The document was inked by Belarus' Culture Minister Yuri Bondar and Ecuador's Minister of Foreign Affairs Maria Fernanda Espinosa Garces.
