The installation of a Working Table to include cultural cooperation between Spain and Paraguay was the result of the meeting held by the director of the Cultural Center of Spain Juan de Salazar, Fernando Fajardo; and the General Coordinator of the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation and Development (AECID), Fernando Rey; with the Minister of the National Secretariat of Culture (SNC), Rubén Capdevila.
