On Monday the 8th of October, the Culture Council Cultural School Center invited the Special Education School Authority (SPSM), the Authority for Available Media (MTM), Sweden's municipalities and county councils (SKL), the Cultural Education Council and other parties to talk about the development of cultural colleges.
