In the framework of the actions for the organization of the First National Meeting of Public Libraries, the Minister of the National Secretariat of Culture (SNC), Rubén Capdevila, received in his office the director of the National Library of Paraguay, Wilma Garcete; the director of the Library and Central Archive of the National Congress, Evangelina Cabrera; and the Head of Management of Public Libraries of the SNC, Octavia Ocampos.
