The new Law on Heritage Conservation brings more flexibility and support and reduces bureaucracy

The objective of the renewal of the Heritage Conservation Act was to ensure the preservation and diversity of Estonian cultural heritage by protecting material and spiritual cultural heritage. In the future, the state will compensate the owners of the monument for the expenses arising from the requirements, studies and heritage conservation supervision arising from the Heritage Conservation Act.
