Los Veintiocho han cumplido este lunes el último paso para la ratificación de la reforma de los derechos de autor en la Unión Europea, cuyos cambios para adaptar la directiva del ‘copyright’ a la era digital han enfrentado a quienes pedían más garantías para los creadores y grandes plataformas como Google y YouTube e internautas que aseguran que servirá como arma de censura.
