Created in 2016, the Film Estonia Support Plan has grown into a fund of two million euros, which aims to promote foreign capital to Estonia and co-operation between Estonian and foreign film producers for the production of audiovisual works in Estonia. The current analysis of the aid scheme has shown that every euro invested will be withdrawn at least six times as foreign investment.
