2 million euros will be added for free Estonian language studies

According to the draft state budget, in 2020 an additional EUR 2 million will be allocated to the Estonian Ministry of Culture for adult Estonian language learning. With the support of the Integration Foundation (INSA), 4000 people will be able to study Estonian for free next year.
