The second instalment of Creative Forum Ljubljana will be under way tomorrow, bearing the title of Creative Capital United. Focusing on the Western Balkans and the Southern Mediterranean, the event will unite more than 200 participants from 20 countries in an effort to strengthen ties in support of the creative economy.
