This Wednesday, March 3, the XVIII Meeting of the Intergovernmental Council of the IBERMUSICAS Programme started in San Bernardino, Paraguay, with the participation of authorities of the programme and representatives of the member countries. The Minister of Culture, Rubén Capdevila, opened the official act ratifying the commitment of the National Government with culture and at the same time, to continue being part of the Ibero-American programmes.
