Para incentivar os cidadãos mato-grossenses a ficarem em casa, a Secretaria de Estado de Cultura, Esporte e Lazer (Secel) lançou nesta quarta-feira (15.04) o edital Festival Cultura em Casa, que prevê a contratação de 170 ações e projetos de profissionais da cultura de Mato Grosso prejudicados pela pandemia do coronavírus.
