May 13 was the last application date for the Cultural Council in the support package for the culture. More than 2100 applications have been received. In total, the amount applied for amounts to approximately SEK 760 million, twice as much as the government has allocated. Half of the applications come from the music area and about a quarter from the performing arts area.
