Gracias al protocolo aprobado por el Ministerio de Salud en el marco de la pandemia por el COVID-19, cada una de las agrupaciones instituciones, entidades, espacios culturales y empresas dedicadas a las artes escénicas, producciones audiovisuales, y las industrias culturales afines, puede avanzar en el diseño de sus protocolos para disminuir el riesgo de transmisión del virus y acceder a la autorización por parte de la autoridad territorial correspondiente, con el objetivo de reiniciar labores.
