Las industrias creativas y culturales (ICC) son uno de los sectores más afectados por la crisis actual. Las medidas de aislamiento social adoptadas para evitar el contagio en la pandemia están afectando considerablemente a las industrias culturales y creativas compuestas, en su gran mayoría, por micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas (MiPyMEs) y por artistas y trabajadores autónomos, en gran parte informales.
