Library Law No. 46/2019 / QH14 passed by the 14th National Assembly at its 8 session, effective on July 1, 2020. On August 18, 2020, the Government issued Decree No. 93/2020 / ND-CP detailing a number of articles of the Library Law, effective from October 5, 2020.
