A dos años de trabajo, la Secretaría de Cultura del Gobierno de México, encabezada por Alejandra Frausto Guerrero, avanza en sus tareas, partiendo de los ejes de trabajo para no dejar a nadie atrás y no dejar a nadie fuera. Por ello, desarrolla proyectos, programas y acciones que permitan a toda la población ejercer su derecho a la cultura, poniendo énfasis en aquellas comunidades que se encontraban al margen de las políticas culturales.
