Cooperation and knowledge will provide increased diversity in the cultural sector

We have not come far enough when it comes to diversity in Norwegian cultural life, says Kristin Danielsen, Director of Arts Council Norway. Today, she invited more than 170 cultural actors to a workshop, and the input so far calls for both more knowledge and concrete tools.
