On Wednesday, December 9, the Riigikogu passed the state budget for 2021 as a law. The cultural budget envisages, among other things, salary support for the leaders of groups participating in the song and dance festival process, support for research and development of Estonian culture and language, as well as support for domestic films, maintenance of protected heritage objects and investments in important objects.
