La ministra de las Culturas, las Artes y el Patrimonio, Consuelo Valdés, encabezó esta tarde la sesión ampliada del Consejo Nacional de las Culturas, las Artes y el Patrimonio, cuyo tema principal fue abordar el rol de la cultura en la nueva constitución. En sus palabras de bienvenida, la ministra destacó la importancia y la responsabilidad de establecer este diálogo de manera conjunta, para fortalecer el desarrollo humano, político y social del país en la próxima discusión constitucional.
