Degraded monuments without funding for restoration is a story spanning many years. The project "Support for investment in preservation, restoration and restoration of classified relics (outside the Hue Monuments Complex) in the province until 2030" approved by the Provincial People's Council at the end of 2020 is an open path to improve efficiency, proactivity in allocating funds and mobilising resources to combat degradation for monuments.
