Bringing together leaders of our National Member agencies to discuss critical issues and identify strategic priorities.
The CEO Leadership Seminar brings together CEOs of our National Member agencies to discuss critical issues and to identify strategic priorities for their engagement with IFACCA. It is an invitation-only opportunity to share experience and have meaningful discussions with international colleagues. Discussions covered the Summit theme of cultural leadership in the 21st century, as well as a range of topics determined attendees. The seminar was conducted in English and facilitated by international consultant Graeme Gherashe. The CEO Leadership Seminar took place at Fort St Angelo, Vittoriosa Waterfront & Palazzo De Piro, Mdina, Malta.
About Graeme Gherashe
Graeme has more than 35 years’ experience working as an executive and consultant in Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, North America and the UK. He holds qualifications in Psychology, Pure Mathematics and an MBA, has worked with leading financial institutions, and has consulted, coached and facilitated for organisations working across a broad range of industries including government, media, finance, pharmaceuticals, the arts and professional services. Over the last ten years Graeme has combined his interest in the arts with his consultancy business, and has delivered developmental and strategic planning workshops to the arts sector in Australia, including the Australia Council for the Arts Emerging Leaders Development Program from 2011–2015.
About the 7th World Summit on Arts and Culture
The Summit addressed the theme of Cultural Leadership in the 21st Century, and ran from 18–21 October 2016. The Summit opened at Fort St Elmo, followed by a full programme featuring keynote speakers, panels, discussion sessions, a gala dinner and cultural events.
